$15/day After School Care starts April 1st!

Thanks to our generous donors, we are pleased to offer bursaries to all, eliminating the need for application, allowing parent fees to be only **$15 per day** for after school care after accounting for government funding, subsidies, and bursary discounts.

Affordable Child Care Benefit application is required. $15 per day parent fee is regardless of approval benefit amount. Full time registration only. Part-time registration not included in spring promotion.

After School Care 2025/26 Registration

Fees: 

  • Monthly: $600 (Includes all Early Dismissals and Pro-D days)

Spring Bursary Special: $15 per day (after government funding (CCFRI, ACCB) and bursary discounts)

  • Out Trip Transportation $20/month
  • Drop in for Early Dismissals: $30
  • Drop in for Pro D: $50

Monthly Rate includes:

  • All Pro D Days and Early Dismissals
  • No less than three out trips per week
  • Fun-packed monthly calendar with new activities every week!
  • Transportation from school 
  • Fees related to regular out trip activities
  • Early registration for day camps (during school breaks)

A non-refundable deposit of $50 must be made to guarantee your spot. A $50 registration fee applies for first-time registrants. First payment is due prior to the first of the month in which your child attends.

  • Helen Gorman Elementary
  • Glenrosa Elementary
  • Webber Road Elementary

**Kindergarteners will be picked up directly from their classroom after their first full day of class. We do not pick up during the gradual entry and will prorate September fees.**

Financial Aid

Subsidy
If your household income is less than $111,000 then you may qualify for the Affordable Child Care Benefit. This link includes a rate estimator and more information on government subsidy.

Bursaries
