How to Apply
Please complete all of the following forms to volunteer with Thrive. The manager of your chosen centre will be in touch with you once the paperwork is complete.

- References for Volunteers Send this link to 3 people who can vouch for you as a good role model for children
- Record Check for Volunteers* (Access code: 2L8943V7Y6, Role: Childcare Volunteer). The new eCRC system uses a BC Services Card to validate. Applicants must have a valid BC Services card to submit a criminal record check online, or submit a paper application. *This form is only for adult volunteers 19 and older. If you are under the age of 19, please complete the forms for the Jr. Staff/LEAD volunteer program. If the record check does not go through online, please print and sign the online application statement and bring it to your centre. They will forward it as necessary.
- Please fill out this Declaration of Immunization** and send a copy to your centre manager.
**Please note that immunization is not required, however, this declaration is mandatory for licensed childcare centres in B.C.
